"Staff weren’t as friendly every time I asked a question they answered under their breath. Pools were mid, some days dirty seems like mold was on the sides of the walls. The rooms AC made a noise every few minutes so ever time you were about to fall asleep it would wake you up and if you turned it off then it would get super hot. Overall we paid so much in food and drinks and not to mention they still charged me 50$ a day for the room and she told me it wasn’t refundable it was a charge they do everyday for being there. "

"It’s just the most convenient place to stay when going through San Juan but catchigg no a plane the next day. It is clean and serviceable. Small rooms. If you have lots of bags consolidate essentials into one and leave others at the desk."

"The facility is cute. Love the Bali vibes is has going and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The regular rooms are tiny, I had to request an upgrade because it felt claustrophobic and my luggage alone didn’t fit in the standard room I brought 2 carry-ons and one check in bag for 2 people. There’s no closet to hang your clothes or dresser in the standard rooms. When I upgraded to the studio it came with a dresser and was slightly bigger. The TV wasn’t working and had a noise complaint by some youngsters at 8:30p when we were hanging out in the courtyard. Some dude in their late 20’s came out to tell a group of 40yr old to be quiet cause he was trying to sleep 😅"

"The room was nothing like shown on the photos there was no Internet so no TV was not informed at check in that the internet does not reach our room the bathroom was so small you to step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower walls horrible looking "
