"It wasn't clear to me from Expedia that this was an extended-stay hotel, so they never came in to make the bed or pick up linens. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels since our stay was less than 7 days.
I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out.
The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful."
