"The room was super clean. One thing you should know, though is that it’s a shoes off situation so bring slippers. It was perfect for what we needed. I don’t know what other reviewers are talking about the neighborhood being sketchy because it was not at all. It was a very nice quiet Street. The host was very responsive, the place was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. No issues whatsoever."

"While the property offered ample parking and a convenient location with a store across the street, our overall experience was disappointing due to issues with access, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property despite being promised entry information the day before, causing us to be late for a wedding rehearsal and dinner. We had to contact customer support to obtain the access code and entry instructions.Inside, the home had a strong smoke odor that...

"All good. Sammy communicated as needed to assure a smooth stay."

"This was our first time staying at this property and we genuinely hope it will not be our last. The host was helpful and communicative and the property was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the conveniences and small details in the home that made the stay extra enjoyable."

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"We appreciated the house's location and proximity to several activities and restaurants, and that the host responded quickly to messages. However, our main concern was that the property wasn't as clean as expected upon arrival."
