"We loved the property but are here in an odd time between winter and summer season. This weekend none of the lifts were operating and are just about a week early from more of the restaurants being open! Our stay was great, comfortable, and slept well with a comfy bed and quiet town."

"Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture. "
