"When we checked into our room I went to heat up a dinner in the micro wave and it wasn't working. I called the office and they did replace it right away. Very good service replying back. That night we went to pull out the couch to got to sleep and the bottom of the mattress was curved upwards towards the ceiling, it wasn't laying flat down. . "The front desk man(I didn’t get his name) was great! Best check in experience ever. The neighborhood is nice. A short walk to the water. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely will stay there again."

"A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price."

"Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it."
