Stunning one bedroom timber clad apartment overlooking the countryside just five miles from the maritime port of Falmouth. Cosy living room with gas central heating and a sunny lawned garden.  The owner's friendly small dog Bella roams freely at times and may well pay you a visit.

Kitchen & Utilities: Galley kitchen area with 2 ring gas hob and built-in microwave, fridge. Dining table and chairs.

Nearest amenities:  Less than 1 mile.
Outdoors: Garden with decking and bistro table and chairs. Large lawn and field shared with owner.
Parking: Parking for 2 cars.
Family facilities: No baby equipment is provided please bring your own.
Pets:  Maximum 2; £25 per dog per week – please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
General:  WiFi included, Electricity and gas included in rent, gas central heating.
Important notes:  No smoking, Please note there are 12 steps  from the parking area to the front door of the property and 10 steps down to the patio area.
Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.

Thank you to the hosts for providing an A* experience on our trip to Cornwall. The property is off high standard and with uninterrupted views of the wooded local area. We enjoyed walks with our dog on the grounds. The property is well situated close to areas of outstanding natural beauty. Plenty of restaurants and places to visit nearby. Highly recommended

Great location, very peaceful with a lovely outlook across a field and trees. Great if you have a dog as there is an accessible field right in front of the property.Greeted by the owner who couldn't have been more helpful.Property being midway between Truro and Falmouth is a great location for exploring.The weather was amazing so that helped but I would stay here in midwinter with the storms raging outside.
