"The staff is the Best!! We stayed in the adjacent building (not made aware of this in booking) and the steep hill we had to walk everytime we went to our rooms was grueling. Not sure, other than making that known at time of booking, what can be improved upon here, yet.. sigh. Lovely vintage setting!"

"Staff made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and clean although a bit dated in places. A good selection of breakfast food was provided and the breakfast room is made available to guests to eat their own food with use of the microwave at other times."

"Was surprisingly easily to find. A heads up that the roads surrounding the barn are narrow two way country lanes and the road leading up to the barn is very gravelly. The property was lovely and clean and the atmosphere was great. It’s about a 35 minute drive to St Ives and a 10 minute drive to Tesco Superstore. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

The Lugger Hotel

"A lovely hotel in an idyllic spot - our room was a deluxe and looked over the little harbour, spectacular to see the tide coming in and out all day (and night of course!). Food was fine - breakfasts especially good - and we tried the Cornish wines which were just OK. If in doubt stick with the french for the moment, but they're improving all the time. We had a lovely weekend away, the only stress being the trip to and from the mainroads - you don't want to meet anyone coming the other way!"
