Rooms: Living/kitchen/dining area, bedroom, shower room and utility room. Freezer and washing machine in the utility room.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment .
Outside: There is an enclosed area in front of the French doors and another beautiful deck with table and chairs for the use of the property which overlooks the valley.
Parking: The allocated parking space is adjacent to the property.
General: Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. (Please bring your own beach towels.) Wifi. No smoking.
Pets: 1 dog is allowed.
Accessibility: The property is on one level with no internal steps, making it suitable for the less mobile.  This property is not suitable for children or infants.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
