The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate. It would have been great to have fruit. The room was not clean. The carpet had stuff on it and under the cushions on the couch there was garbage.

Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and room selection. I was VERY disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed as I was told they would be available when I booked. Breakfast eggs weren't very good. You might want to try a different vendor for those.

For an older hotel the room was clean even tho the carpet was older One side door we weren't able to access using our hotel room key. This door was closest to the handicap parking that we used

The cost of the room, convenience of location, pet friendly property - all very good. The hotel is older and could use a refresh. Front desk staff were terrific.

The gentleman that checked me in was courteous and professional. That’s where the positive ended. The hotel was filthy. There was food trash on the elevator floor for two days. The floor of my room was stained and hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was a mess with hotel issued shampoo and lotion bottles broken off of the wall. I had to walk through a wall of cigarette smoke to get back into lobby to check out. Never again.

Rooms were clean. Pillows were so comfy that I ordered a set from choice hotels web site. Breakfast was okay, juice machine was down, kept running out of eggs and sausage, but was good once I got some.

The staff was fine except it was understaffed and everyone was working overtime to keep up. Because of that the guests with dogs where not controlled and some where loud and roaming the property. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, great beds.

The town and people are horrible!!! Rude and disrespectful!!! But the hotel and its staff definitely made the stay bearable. Clean rooms great breakfast walking distance to local Walmart and McDs. I wouldn’t recommend the town but the hotel was awesome.
