"Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets."

"　ほぼ新築物件で､いわゆるデザイナーズアパートであるけれど､デザインに凝るあまり使いにくさが目立つ。 　まず、ワークスペースとして使えるテープ周りに電源がない、テレビはアンテナ接続がなくYouTube等を自分のアカウントで見る以外使えない。 　さらに､キッチンと洗濯機はあるけれど洗剤はないので買ってこなければならない。 　一応駐車場ありとなっているけれど､路上駐車のみ。駐車の際にスタッフが立ち会ったけれど、何も合図しないため少しぶつけた。 　最後に､コーヒーカップを割ったら１２００円取られた。少し高すぎる気がした。"

"Good place in Bakuriani. Very clean which was a plus. Only problems were a leaking toilet from a bad connector in the back and the shower leaked very badly onto the floor. The room in the pictures also makes the “deluxe duplex” look much bigger than it is though. The roof for the 2 single beds slopes downward so you can’t stand up fully. Also, it’s not separated from the main bedroom with the King, it’s just down a hallway with no door or anything. Overall though it’s clean and a good place for...

"The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights. However, they checked out us in the system the next day and our cards were not working. We parked our car near our cottage and couldn’t depart because of the impenetrable barrier and there was no security service in time....

"STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."
