"What a joke this place was. Worst place have ever stayed, anywhere, including Africa. Firstly, no address provided, as they don’t have one. Tried to request address by email. No reply. The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls. Arrived in Voi late evening, managed to phone them to get directions to the place, up a rough dirt track which was impossible to follow. Finally sent a person on a...

"Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. While you will see plenty of African animals the king of the jungle is elusive."

"Good hotel, secure & easy to find and get into, being very well signposted from the nearby road and security were on the ball opening the main gate exactly as we rolled up and directing us to the secure parking. Check in staff were very professional in helping us with a mistake from our booking agent and the porter was excellent & welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained with new TV and fridge. This is the lodge on the property of Tsavo West national park (safari). It is of the high quality accommodation with an opportunity to see the wild life and game directly from the room's balcony and the terrace of the restaurant. Two water holes attract various species such as zebras, giraffes, antilopes, elephants and water buffaloes. Having a breakfast with a view of the mountains and the flat bush country with the wild life/game in it is what we came to Kenya for. We were able to arrange game...

The lodge is well built and has beautiful surroundings. You get to see some wild animals as you eat or relax in their common areas. They have all the amenities you would need on a safari trip.

Manyatta Camp is a unique experience to be as close to the animals and still feel safe. The staff here are wonderful, professional, caring, and very helpful. I stayed in a luxurious tent #5 and saw hundreds of buffalo pass by behind my tents. I witnessed elephants, giraffe, and zebras right walking to the "water hole". This camp has luxury and safety in mind. It is also very close, just 10 minutes away from the Sheldrick Elephant facility in Voi. I will return to this camp! Thank you...
