"Loved the location and ease of accessing the airport. I literally took the elevator to the United check-in. A porter wheeled the luggage down for me. Super easy! The in room dining staff was awesome! The food was terrific. The only flaw was in the restaurant. The hostess gave me a fantastic table near the windows. I ordered coffee and juice which came quickly. Then I waited and waited. I did not get a second cup of coffee for a long time. Nor did I get my breakfast for almost an hour. Several groups that came in after me got their food. I only got my food, simple oatmeal, after my waitress checked with the kitchen. No explanation was given for the long delay. In spite of this, I had a wonderful stay and will stay with them again."

"This was a fantastic stay! The mattress was absolutely the most comfortable. Its in walking distance of Gastown and so many other restaurants and shops. The hotel has a free bus pick up that takes you to the Capilano Bridge. The hotel also has a Starbucks in their lobby. I would definitely stay here again. "
