"The property is located not too far of a drive to the places we had planned to visit within Vancouver (Vancouver Aquarium, Museum of Anthropology, Science World, VanDusen Botanical Garden, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Canada Place, Gastown, Stanley Park, Metropolis at Metrotown). It was also an easy drive to Whistler and White Rock, BC from the place. The property management was responsive when I asked questions during our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would come back here again...

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is close to everything in Richmond. Parking is very convenient and the neighborhood is a nice walk. I highly recommend booking your stay here...its your "Home away from Home"."

"The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking out front. If you have mobility issues this might not be the home for you - stairs to go down into the suite, a high tub to step into, and a low bed and loveseat. That being said we did enjoy our stay here."

"Very comfortable suite safe, nice, and quiet neighbourhood. Good access to the areas of Vancouver that wanted to visit ( West End, Granville Island, etc.). All amenities were there. One thing to take note of there is no television or radio in the suite. Did not bother us since we were busy our whole stay but just something to take note of"

"The communication from the host was excellent, professional, courteous, fast and very responsive. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of 4. The surrounding area is a tad sketchy but that's not within the control of the host."

"We do not recommend this place. There is an elderly, sick person living downstairs, and unfortunately, the sound insulation in the house is not good. We could hear every cough and every sound from downstairs throughout the night. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms also makes a loud noise, so we couldn’t use it. The floors were very dirty, and we had to buy slippers for ourselves. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were also empty. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. At this...
