Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.
