A very convenient location. If you are familiar to HKG bus system, it works great as bus stops are right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants around. Just a bit far from MTR. You get a bit wet when it rains.

The ramp on the ground floor of this hotel should not be 24 hours closed. Customers with heavy luggages are difficult to access this hotel.

We requested a big room and shower on the first day of staying they did not fail us but had to pay extra for the request. The air conditioning was just too strong for sleep. Don't know why it blew towards the bed not side way just not felt good

Convenient walk foodie and shopping. Unfortunately myself firstly room air conditioner wasn't working. Front desk sent a technician to check and there's no problem but the air is 27 degrees Celsius. Considering it was not working well. I was upset with the front desk giving me excuses due to the direction of the window. That's a ridiculous reason. These are my second time staying. 2024 and 2025. But I would not 2026.

DISASTER, DIRTY WATER

I don’t know how they can run a hotel like this, the room is ok until I try to wash my hand. The water is like coming from a dirty drainage. My son refuse to have shower whole night. Don’t ever stay in this hotel again, it’s the WORST I ever seen in my whole life.
That’s already turn on the tap for 5 minutes.
That’s after I turn on the tap for more than 30 minutes.

Amazing and good service. Super convenient to get to pulic transportation, restaurants any shopping mall. Except little upsetting with a deluxe room seems like a standard room sized. With luggages, hardly have much rooms to be comfortable. Also,needs more lighting. Carpet and shower need to be considered.
