"The property is situated within walking distance of the new tram line station (P17) at [Hirabayashi], five minutes to or from the hotel. There is an elevator from street level into the station which is convenient for travelers with luggage. The rooms are very ample, with free room accessories found in the Lobby on the 2F. The Front Desk Reception is also on the 2F, above the parking garage 1F. The nearest Onsen is Spa Suminoe just down the street, another five minute walk away (¥ 880) per person + (¥ 200) for a towel set. Wonderful place for relaxing and hydrotherapy needs, open daily until 01:00 AM every day. There is a restaurant on-site. The breakfast buffet is included in the room stay. A simple fare of selected breads, mini croissants, with a deli meat, a salad, and cereal, plus condiments. A coffee machine provides a nice dejection of hot and cold drinks, and toasters to warm-up the bread. Overall there is a 24-hour gym available for anyone interested in working out. The HBP is a very solid modern business hotel, in the Shinkitajima Ward also accessible to all ferry terminals and the World Trade Center in nearby Cosmo Square the direction for the Chuo Line (C) transfer point and connecting interchange."

"There are two Toyoko hotels quite close to each other. The other might be a better location but this is still convenient with access to a train station via 5 minutes walk. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. Travelling with large luggage can be slightly difficult however considering its location."
