"The hotel has a great location for walking Hanoi and visit turistic places. You have to check you book a room with windows (many similar good hotels in the Old Quarter offer rooms with no windows). Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views."

The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even took us to the train station. We would stay in this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi."

"The Lotus Boutique hotel is superb in every way.the staff are friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided.
