About this property

Cabins in the bush. Sea views and abundant native bird life.

  • Want get away from it all and don't mind roughing it a bit. This a series of cabins set in native bush and close to gorgeous beaches. 3 sleeping cabins, a kitchen cabin with 2 fridges, a microwave and a double electric hob. A shower cabin and a toilet cabin with a composting loo. There is also a bbq and a pizza oven.
    Relax in a large communal, covered dining/lounge area with a sofa, dinning table and sea view.
    There will be spiders and weta but also tui and kaka, piwakawaka (fantails) and korimarko (bellbirds).
    Tuateawa is a quiet settlement 40 minutes north of Coromandel Town over narrow, winding, unsealed roads. The nearest shops are in Coromandel Town or Colville which is 35 minutes away. The nearest cafes are in Colville.
    Please bring all your own linen, including pillows, duvets, sheets, towels and tea towels.
