Top notch property

If you want privacy and a pool, within walking distance of a golf resort, this is the place. Mountain views and dark skies at night are a plus. Amazing shops nearby; The home was stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive to my queries. Loved every minute of our stay.

Family Time

Our time here with family was relaxing and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for walking into town and exploring the surrounding mountains. I would recommend to anyone looking for a casual place to stay while visiting Tubac.

An Excellent Stay During Wedding Weekend

The view of the mountains is breathtaking. We were lucky enough to be there to see the full moon rising. Home was spacious and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood close to Tubac Golf resort (walkable) and shopping.

Spacious Old World Charm

This is a lovely property and has a happy vibe! It's an older house but full of charm and quite spacious compared to most of the newer homes. The patio area is lush and delightful, and the pool is an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is quiet, calming and we hope to return again. Una casa muy especial! Tubac Treasure

Once again, we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal and the private pool is an added bonus. While many people shy away from AZ in August heat, we embraced it and loved the monsoons and lightning shows. While we took advantage of all the wonderful shops snd restaurants nearby, we also enjoyed simple relaxation at the house. We have booked this house many times and will be back again next year.

Good Vacation Value

The three bedroom, two bath house has all you need for a small group or family, including a heated pool and proximity to Tubac. While the prooperty is certainly not new, it is well kept up and very comfortable. You will enjoy the interior Mexican decor. The owner, Raquel, is easy to reach by phone and very responsive should you have requests. A very good value. March of 2025 has been our third annual stay at this property and we will definitely be back again next year. Highly recommended.

Girls golf trip in Tubac - large house with ample room. Rachel allowed us early check in so we could drop off items before heading to the golf course. Easy walking distance to small town and golf course. Requests made were handled super fast. Thanks Rachel for sharing your property with us.

A Very Good Value

The property is older but very well maintained and quite clean. The interior decor is special for out of towners, with its strong southwest flavor plus a spectacular view of the mountains. The beautiful patio and large heated and very private outdoor swimming pool are big pluses. The house is very roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for people to "stretch out". The four of us never felt crowded. Everything needed is provided and everything works well. Overall, we feel that this rental is a very good value for what Raquel charges. Highly recommended. We will be back next spring for our third year in a row.

Just Like The Home That it Is

Many VRBOS's are stripped down, overly sanitized and feels like your staying in some money-making property. Here I felt like our cool Aunt let us crash at her place. It wasn't fancy but very home-y. It wasn't under decorated, but full of desert and Mexican themed art and trinkets. We loved it, and the pool was very welcoming as the day heated up. We've stayed at casitas a little further from the highway and it had been quieter but the back of the house, where you really hang out, is not bad.... Kind of like white noise in the background. We used the chiminea one night and we cooked in the well appointed kitchen two nights. All in all we had a lovely visit and would stay there again.

Another great stay. We enjoyed the updates and refresh of the house since our last stay. Four women comfortably stayed this trip. We utilized all spaces, kitchen, patio, pool, living area, all the while taking in the lovely views. It’s a great home base for venturing out for wine tastings, mine tours, cavern tours, spa days and of course shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for living like a local in Tubac.
