Bear Lake Reserve combines mountain living with modern comfort. This Mountain Cottage Home at 73 Woodland Court has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master suite enjoys a large, comfortable King bed and a luxurious ensuite master bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a huge walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.

The home's great room is home to a stone fireplace. The dining room and kitchen bar area have plenty of seating. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and state of the art appliances.

In the second bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is home to a full-size bed with a twin trundle bed.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests. The home also features some fantastic outdoor spaces, including an exterior screened porch, an outdoor fireplace, and a grill with plenty of comfortable seating so guests may enjoy the cool mountain breeze while listening to the soft waters from the nearby creek.

A perfect location for activities inside the Reserve as well as day trips to explore the rest of the Cashiers region and Western North Carolina, this home is adjacent to the Bear Lake Reserve Greeter's Cottage and is just 5 miles to the Lake Club. This home is pet friendly.
