Beautiful historic two bedroom home located in Armory Park. Walking distance to downtown Tucson and local bars and restaurants! U of A is a 10 minute tram ride away. Impeccably furnished with every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a feast! Stunning back yard with a new pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee -contact host for details). Plenty of patio space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with olive, grapefruit and lemon trees. A jewel in the desert. One of our first renters wrote. "...The house is great! The most well-stocked rental we've ever rented. Cozy home with a lovely backyard and pool. Jennifer was truly a super host. The kitchen was well stocked which is rare these days for most rentals. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Tucson getaway

We are two couples in our sixties who spent a month in this cozy and comfortable home! Highlights for us were lounging by the pool, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and exploring Tucson from this central location. The two comfortable bedrooms with private baths were a huge plus. Jennifer is a great communicator and awesome host! We highly recommend and are already booked for next year!

Tucson Treasure

A mix of historic charm and modern convenience. We enjoyed staying at the property very much. And Jenn was a most gracious host. If I get back to Tucson, I would definitely stay at this property again.

Tuscon home with great backyard

Could not have asked for anything more from this property. The description online was impressive but once we got there it exceeded our expectations. I've never been in a rental that was so fully stocked. The backyard with pool was fantastic. It was so quiet and we enjoyed many days back there. Also Jenn the owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Renting this home is a no brainer.

Love this place

We have come back twice we like this place so well. It lives well, beds are comfortable and I enjoy the kitchen. The backyard is amazing. It is a wonderful place to sit and reflect. Jenn is easy to communicate with and reacts quickly if you need a questions answered.

All we hoped for

Everything was as advertised. Owner super attentive and responsive. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry well-equipped and provisioned. Pool was well-maintained and grandkids had a ball, even though the weather was a little cool.

A marvelous month

We were able to stretch out in Jenn's home for over a month. It is very comfortable. We liked the location in historic Armory Park, close to great restaurants, downtown, and the city Trolley system. We made great use of the heated pool, picked lemons and made lemonade, margaritas, and lemon tarts. We would definitely come back given the opportunity.

Wonderful property - Extremely helpful and attentive host!

This is a wonderfully and newly restored home, with extreme care taken to offer a stay that has everything. My husband quipped “that it felt like living in just a different version of our own home” because such care was taken to make sure everything was provided. Beyond being extremely well stocked, the backyard is delightful with new remodeling including a covered pool. It is a older home, but equipped with high bit-rate internet, modern TVs, and well thought out charging stations on night stands. The host Jenn was fabulous and one of the most attentive hosts we have ever encounter. Simply put, this is a five star home to stay in in downtown Tucson.

Too many insects

The house is nice antique home with many old features kept in place which is a plus! However, I encountered too many indoor insects (crickets, roaches, spiders and ants)…there was a lot of crickets. I had to spray the whole house upon arrival and still see these insects everywhere. Also, outdoor place is nice and private however there were a lot of insects especially mosquitoes and bees. I recommend to the person who manages this place to have the insecticide service done at least every 2 weeks for inside and outside the house.

What a STELLAR find!!!!! 5 Star recommendation

Where do I start!!! Jenn made the check in process seamless and was always available for questions. We were in town for our daughters graduation, she was able to stay as were our grown kids. Minutes from the U of A so if you don't drive it's a quick Uber to the stadium. I've never stayed in a vacation rental as well appointed and I actually own vacation rentals. We were able to have a nice luncheon after graduation in the spectacular backyard. The pool was the icing on the cake it was just wonderful. Pictures were absolutely accurate and I would not hesitate to recommend this for all your U of A stays!!! Thank you Jenn for making our daughter's graduation all the more special, I couldn't have asked for more.

Nirvana

Jennifer has created a true paradise for her guests. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything a guest might need. We did not cook, but had we wanted to, the kitchen had everything we would have needed. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so you can be assured of a good night’s sleep. If you want to take a nice, relaxing bath before bed, there’s a beautiful claw-foot tub and Jennifer has provided bath salts and bath bombs. (I told you she thought of everything.) The backyard is beautiful. Jennifer has done an amazing job of landscaping and there are lights in trees, solar lights, and a beautifully lit pool. Sitting out there at night is like being in a magical fairyland. You don’t have to worry about mosquitos if you’re there in monsoon season because Jennifer has this great little bug zapper. (Again, I told you she’s thought of everything). Jennifer was there to welcome us when we arrived. She showed us around the house and made sure we knew where everything was and how things like the pool lights worked. She spent time to talk with us and shared suggestions about places to eat. She also had two bottles of wine for us sitting on the dining room table. Jennifer is amazing, the house is amazing. If you’re visiting Tucson, don’t think of staying anywhere else!

Amazing Spot

We had a perfect vacation here. The house is so comfortable and it really just feels like you’re staying in a friend’s home. The backyard and pool are STUNNING and we spent so much magical time out there. It’s walking distance to so many wonderful coffee shops and the brewery nearby was great. I recommend this 100% - you will not regret it.

Central Tucson Gem

It was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we love the location with the great walkability to downtown and local neighborhood restaurants. The amazing pool and landscaping are a big plus. Inside is comfy, well appointed from beds and furniture to coffee and a well stocked kitchen. Jenn is a very responsive host. We will rent this house again.

Beautiful Fantastically Appointed Home!

What a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful with two large bedrooms and two baths; wonderfully soft bedding and pillows, very comfortable furniture in the LR, an exquisite dining room table, and beautiful original artwork on the walls. The owner has stocked the place with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, in the baths, by the pool, living room (ie games), pantry (yes - full pantry), plus a goody basket of treats as a welcome. This home might be better stocked than my own. The pool is gorgeous and there are myriad floaties and a giant bin of pool-related items. The owner is in easy communication and is lovely. I highly recommend, and will stay again every time I am in Tucson!

Wonderful home in a great part of Tucson
