Our main problem was they turned the lock off at 10 check out was 11. If my husband hadn't been finishing a business meeting we would not have been able to get our stuff. When I tried to call the got a message saying dial the number of the mailbox for the person you’re looking for it was a busines when I tried to put the person’s name in nothing came up. When I call VRBO they couldn't get the host either either. That is not okay. Also the toilet is poorly placed. there is maybe 5 inches from the wall to the end of the toilet it was difficult to get into and if you had been a heavy person, I don’t know how they would have used that toiletThere was a very strong cent when we entered the home we thought it was maybe the cleaning stuff.It seemed to get better but then it got strong again. We finally realized it was an air freshner. We unplugged It but caused us to sneeze and hurt our throats.I reached out to the owner regarding the review and issues that we had. They claimed that there shouldn’t have been anything wrong with the lock and that they didn’t get a message from us. I re-tried the number provided to us. It still came back as a dial the extension you need to reach the person you want message again. They are not being honest about their phone number or their ability to contact them. They were pretty good about responding through Verbo, but that’s not okay, we were locked out before the lockout time.
