Welcome to the Arizona Desert! Villas West was built in 1965 as an adult community far ahead of its time. Comfortable single bedroom with queen bed. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and plenty of storage. Roomy bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. Wireless internet is included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. East facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, umbrella shade and dining. Full laundry in the back patio shed. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). Cleaning fee is $95.
Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping. Heaven in Green Valley
The villa had everything I needed. The kitchen was the best. Since I love to cook, it was the most used room in the house. Sunrises in the morning were right into the front door. So wonderful to feel safe and taken care of at the same time. I feel so blessed to have found this property and the city of Green Valley.
