The house features include a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, an expanded dining room with large windows, a cozy great room, and a foyer.
The house is a model home brand new (finished at 2025).
Plenty of storage with 2.5 car garage.
Enjoy a large patio in the front of the house and a covered patio in the back.
The property has patio furniture in back and front and does not have direct sun light into the bedrooms for most of the day.

The house is fully furnished and you can come with your luggage only.
