Well equipped and well located

This studio was perfectly set up for a solo few days in Tucson. I loved being just blocks from the streetcar into downtown and a delicious grocery/pizza spot. The hosts were very communicative. The laundry machines were brand new, and the bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Not a pleasant experience with the property management company!

Night one the A/C broke and it was 95 degrees outside. I let them know the following morning and they responded initially letting me know they were going to call maintenance. Five hours pass with no word so I have to follow up. Net is they don’t get it fixed and let me know at roughly 930p it will not be fixed and get me a hotel miles away b/c they would not put anywhere that cost more money than the nightly stay at the VRBO. I then had to move my things at 1030pm Saturday night once I returned from an event to another hotel I chose because I had to be staying close to campus. They were not helpful whatsoever in trying to accommodate a customer’s needs. It was very vanilla and a ‘it is what it is attitude.’ I will NEVER stay at a VRBO managed by this management company.
