I booked this rental for family to stay and host a baby shower. Looked perfect from pictures. Got there around 10pm. Front door was unlocked. We went to put code in and door opened. A little sketch but we went in and turned on all the lights and proceeded to look around. Disappointment at it finest. The furniture is not the same as in the pictures. Inside or outside. Stained nasty couches, dusty planters decorations, moldy, calcium build up in bathroom sinks, dead cockroaches in one bedroom.dish washer has standing water. Back patio has tore up wicker furniture and stained cushion( on the floor) broken kids chair just chillin off to the side. I took pictures of all of it. It’s too late to cancel and find another property, so we carry on. Day of baby shower, garbage disposal doesn’t work. Contact owner and she blames it on us putting food down the drain causing the dishwasher not to work. ( I have that in text) So maintenance man has to come to the house and try to fix it with everyone there. Embarrassing!! Once everything was brought to her attention there was no initiative to make it right. Just excuses. She said she had had the house cleaned 2 weeks before we arrived and took pictures. So no one checked it before we came??? Also what is not added in the details is someone lives in a guest house right next to the Vrbo rental. Literally it’s next to house off to side. And this VRBO has no curtains on any windows. Not very private. Save you money, don’t waste it on this one
