About this property
New house with fresh design available in Olsen TH.
- Come enjoy the newly available townhome near the University of Arizona. It is perfect for visiting family or coming in to catch a game over the weekend. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom is equipped with a 14in Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress and large smart-tvs loaded with popular apps for you to log in to.
The unit also has 3 majestic private outdoor spaces for you to relax, stargaze, and or smoke. They are all furnished. The balcony has cushions located in the bin on the left.
The garbage bin is located at the end of the drive on the right past the last unit. It is near the Walgreens in the Northwest corner of the complex.
