Rustic Mid Century Modern home in the suburbs-small pets welcome

Completely renovated with a rustic mid century modern vibe. Three bedrooms with 1 King in the primary room and queen beds in the other 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. 20 minute drive to downtown Tucson, also close to shopping and restaurants in Rita Ranch area, Pima Air museum, Colossal Caves , Saguaro National Park East are some of the attractions close by. Our home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, great for anyone traveling and for business travelers to the area. High speed wifi, cable, kitchen stocked with all the cookware we could anticipate you would need. We loved this home as we grew in it, then made it better just for you. We welcome trained pets into our homes as we are also pet owners/lovers. Please come enjoy our home.

Mid-Century Wonderful

Loved everything about this place. We were in town to visit Saguaro National Park but found ourselves wanting to spend just as much time at the VRBO because it was so beautiful and relaxing.

Love the proximity to the fairgrounds. House was cute and decorated nicely. Comfy beds. Both showers are pretty high to step into so don’t bring grandma unless she’s able bodied :)

Loved our stay. Home was clean and nicely furnished. The beds were all very comfortable. Very well stocked in kitchen. Communication with owner/manager was excellent and very quick. Perfect yard for our pet. Family neighborhood was busy but not noisy.

Home away from Home

This home was perfect for our stay. I wanted a home close to my family so I could help with my new lil grand daughter. It was comfortable, adorable, family and pet friendly, a nice easy walk to my son’s house. The hosts were easy to get a hold of for questions and responded quickly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Exactly as described

This house was perfect for our family birthday dinner. There was plenty of room, plenty of seating and the house was clean and as described. Beds were comfortable and they even had some condiments. We will definitely be using for this place again as we have family here.

This was an excellent place for us

Our family we came to visit lives on the east side of Tucson so this worked well for us. We are an older sibling group and it was a prefect place for us to relax and unwind between our scheduled events. The patio. The table for games. The large sofa. The kitchen arrangement. Everything.

Classy comfortable home

The owner has thought of every detail. The design choices in the home are so tasteful. The furnishings assure that everyone has a seat around the table or TV. The outdoor space was a little oasis as well. We will definitely return.

Perfect house for a family

Our two children (5 and 8) screamed in delight when they walked in the door and saw this lovely home. And that was before they discovered the stick horse in the closet! I loved the neighborhood, out of the city congestion and easy access to the tourist sites in southern Tucson. Our family (one couple, one aunt, and two children) could not have been happier with the house, and it cost less than two hotel rooms would have cost.

Home away from home!!!!

My family and I relocated here from South Carolina. I am so glad we found this place, waiting for our house to close. We stayed here for about 3 weeks. This place is home away from home. It has everything you need and more! The beds and couches are very comfortable. It is in a perfect location for grocery shopping and restaurants. Close to the interstate but in a very quite and safe location. The photots do no justice, you have to be here to see it yourself Jon the owner, not enough words can describe him. He is easy and quick to communicate with and responds very fast if you need him. Jon is the most generous and family oriented person I know. I would recommend this place anyone!

Have stayed here on two occasions and is clean and right in the middle of Rita Ranch. Cool in summer as main living area is bright but not facing sun. Two main living rooms on each side of kitchen is very nice floor plan. Quite neighborhood, pet friendly.
