Studio B (Great Hideaway) approx 300 sq ft self sufficient separate entrance. Downtown Tucson Armory Park neighborhood. Studio B is part of the main house Triplex. Studio B is fully furnished and kitchen is equipped. The residence constructed over 100 years ago is made of mud adobe that keeps the place cool. When need be HVAC can be adjusted by contacting the on premise property manager. A place Perfect for medical personnel or graduate students. Sorry no pets. Plenty of privacy should you be shy.
Resturants galore. Mexican, Italian, Indian. Try Time Market, Michas, Anitas, or the Barrio. All good locations for food and drink. All walking distance.

Nice place

My friends and I enjoyed staying here and liked that we could walk to restaurants, restaurants, liquor store, a park et cetera. Paul was a great communicator and I was able to work things out easily as we planned a trip.
