"First room it was a really bad leak in the bathroom but they relocated us to another room. Internet never worked on the restaurant area so was no way to work while eating due to the time difference. So we were limited to work WiFi just soap no shampoo/conditioner travel when we arrived. I know the state is hot but it was no comforter for night sleep I know we should ask and I know if we did definitely they would’ve brought it to us, but I don’t think those are things that should or it wasn’t...

"L’hotel, nel complesso, è buono. L’unico grande problema, a mio parere, è l’aria condizionata: non è possibile regolarla e gli ambienti risultano eccessivamente freddi. Sia la camera che il ristorante erano davvero troppo freddi. Consiglierei di sostituire o migliorare il sistema di climatizzazione, perché attualmente non funziona in modo adeguato."

"Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk.
