I called them and I didn’t have a chance to request them because as soon as I said I was the guest renting their cabin, they hung up. I called 5 times and they ignored my calls. We were stranded in sequoia with nowhere to go. So we left. They claimed they sent the instructions on Vrbo… I booked on Expedia not Vrbo, and I don’t have a Vrbo...
