"I had a great time, but we happened to be there on a weekend when the lake was up 4 feet. I'm not sure what you would do if the water level were low, and if you weren't very comfortable with your boat, it is not recommended for newcomers. Additionally, the bunk room was the only access to the lower level, so getting there through the teenager's room led to arguments within the family, apart from walking around to the front door. Overall, it was a nice house and a good experience!"
