Hallo der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber die Kommunikation davor war eine Frechheit. Ich habe mehrere Zimmer für unsere Hochzeit gebucht und war Monate davor persönlich mit der Hotelbesitzerin im Gespräch. Alles schien möglich und sie war sehr entgegenkommend und danach habe ich bis zwei Tage vor meiner Hochzeit (drei Monate später) auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet. Keine Buchungs-Bestätigung, kein Rückruf auf meine unzähligen Anrufe oder auf meine Mails. Zwei Tage vor der Hochzeit und Anreise der Gäste bekomme ich ein freches Mail ich wäre nicht erreichbar und ich solle die Namen der Gäste endlich bekanntgeben. Und zur Krönung der ganzen Geschichte würde in meinem angehängten Mail meine Telefonnummer gefälscht. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht erlebt. Dieses Verhalten hat mich viele schlaflose Nächte gekostet und Tränen vor unserer Hochzeit. Wahrscheinlich war man sauer, weil wir nicht im Hotel selber die Feier wollten. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich von sehr modern bis renovierungsbedürftig. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut aber das Frühstück eher mittelmäßig.

Da Frühstück hätte ein reichhaltigeres Angebot an Brot/Brötchen haben können, es hat ein Obstkorb gefehlt. Gefallen hat mir die absolut nette, kompetente und freundlich familiäre Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel.

Communicatie verloopt slecht.Hotel laat honden toe maar je merkt wel dat ze het echt liever niet hebben .Hotel is geen aanrader voor oudere mensen heel veel trappen en geen lift . Alle ruimtes zijn verbonden met trapjes van restaurant naar buffet naar de bar enz .Niet handig met kinderen en ouderen .De eenpersoonskamer was superklein . Sommige mensen van het personeel waren wel echt heel vriendelijk .

Etwas ins Alter gekommen, in schönster Wienerwald Sackstraßenlage. In unserem Haus befand sich das Schwimmbad, das ganze Haus roch penetrant nach Chlor! Am störendsten war ein die ganze Nacht laufender Kompressor oder anderer Motor, es brummte die ganze Nacht. Wenn ich ein DZ buche und in dem Zimmer ist nur eine Sitzgelegenheit,was muß man tun? Um das Sesselchen würfeln?. Ebenfalls sollte in dieser Preiskategorie ein Tischen sein. Unter dem Waschtisch lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Dass Bett war etwas sehr lieblos zurecht gemacht. Das Frühstück ist von der einfacheren Sorte. FAZIT: Preis und Leistung klaffen doch sehr auseinander. Weder beim Essen noch beim bezahlen wurde nach dem Gefallen oder Problemen gefragt. Man kann hin, muss aber nicht

Hotel in a remote location.

The proprietors are very nice and were very responsive to fixing an issue with the room. The hotel is a bit worn, but it is in a delightful location. We woke up to horses outside the window.

Hotellet er meir ein vandreheim enn hotell. Standaren er enkel, men heilt grei. Veldig koseleg ute i flott natur. Frukost og middag var òg heilt grei. Hotellet ligg fint til for MC-folk som ynskjer å unngå motorveg.
