"I’m reviewing what happened. I was not able to stay. I woke up sick the morning of and I tried to ask for at least the cleaning fee back since they didn’t have to re-clean the unit since I didn’t stay. I know it’s at the discretion of the renter as to whether or not they would comply but they said they would respond within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and they have just left me hanging. "The management was amazing! Very easy check in and check out process. The apartment was cleaned upon our arrival and was stocked with numerous essentials. Easy access to different parts within the complex. Overall, I would recommend the Metro at Brady to anyone traveling to Tulsa. "
