If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo, the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa, or the University of Tulsa, our home is the perfect place for you! Sleep comfortably in queen beds furnished in 3 bedrooms, or in a full sized bed in the loft room. A sleeper sofa also accommodates 2 additional guests. For smaller parties, the home can be zoned down to a 2 bedroom, 1 bath which excludes usage of the game room, loft, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Call for availability and rates. Enjoy the loaded amenities, including, a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 Smart TV's with free Wi-Fi access, game room with Foosball table, and a patio with charcoal grill and fenced yard. Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with contemporary finishings. Roomy and perfect for our event at the Expo. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Our company had a great time at this property.

Very nice home, close to the road.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only downside is that the road noise was a little much. The entire property was very clean and well stocked for everything that we needed. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. The location worked very well for us, centerally located in what we were here for.

This home has been remodeled and decorated very nicely. The home is very comfortable and offers space for many. The game room adds entertainment for all. We had a group of 6 women and 3 girls and the house offered space for all. Great stay and would definitely consider staying again!

Perfect weekend stay

We enjoyed this property. We were in town visiting family. We have enough room for five people and our two dogs. The house is located on a busy street, and you can hear the cars however, it doesn't stop you from enjoying yourself. Loved the fenced in backyard for the pups, and the house was in a great location. Well stocked house with the essentials and clean as well.

Perfect location for NCAA Wrestling Championships

Everything went as planned. No issues. We were in Tulsa for the NCAA National Championships at the BOK Center. Breakfast at Talley’s in the morning which was like 150 yards away, convenience store 2 doors down. A less than $10 Uber to the event. A great place for 4-8 people attending an event downtown.

Great Location, Great Home

I stayed at John's property, Driller's Den, during University of Tulsa's graduation weekend in May. My mom and dad, sister and her teenage daughter, my husband and I all stayed comfortably in this home. The home was clean and well appointed with plenty of linens, extra pillows, and all the basics we needed. I always forget to bring plastic wrap and aluminum foil and there was some in the unit that really saved me! Driller's Den was the perfect home to celebrate this special weekend. Thanks, John!

Quaint Place to Stay

The house was the perfect size to accommodate all seven of us. Its location was great, and my bed was comfortable. Plus, it was conveniently close to many stores and restaurants. The only downside was the very busy street, which led to a lot of noise. The house itself is a split-level with stairs. I actually took two tumbles in different spots right after we arrived – I suppose I should have turned on the lights to see more clearly!

Clean, spacious and convenient

We were in Tulsa to compete at the National Agility Championship at the Expo Center. The location of this VRBO was minutes from the competition, and very convenient. The house was clean, and included everything that we needed. The weather fluctuated while we were there so we had to use the AC and the heat, and both worked great! We were also surprised to have enough hot water for 4 people to take showers each morning. Host was very responsive when heavy winds broke the latch to the dog yard, and fixed it quickly. The only negative was the busy street, but the positives outweighed that issue.Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location

This house was a perfect fit for our annual trip !The host called to tell us the property was ready and we could check in early. Everything was super close. Holiday Getaway

The owners of this home really made the most of the space that it has. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 without feeling like we were laid up under each other the whole visit, and the little game room was a nice touch as well. We loved it. We had such a great time. The owners also got back to us fairly quickly with any problems or questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location. Awesome house

We were is Tulsa for a wrestling tournament. The location was perfect. Close to the expo center. The house was clean and updated. I liked the fact that it was stocked with plenty of towels and dishes. The kids loved the Foosball table and the loft. We will look to stay here again.

This house is convenient and fit our needs for a horse show. We were attending at the Expo Center. The owner is the best communicator. Please note the house is on a busier street however does have a fenced in backyard.
