The check in staff wasn't very friendly, seemed very flustered and didn't know what she was doing. Didn't know if they had a room cleaned or not for us and we checked in after super. The check out staff was more friendly. The hotel is under renovation but the air conditioner in my room only worked part of the time. The elevators aren't safe. They just randomly stop or shake. Pretty scary.

Unfortunately the restaurant was way understaffed for a birthday dinner and ultimately the birthday honoree didn't get their food. The cook recovered the error the next evening which was very much appreciated. Nice staff all around, just the hotel was understaffed.

The property was very old. Our room was not ready at time of check in, so we had to wait almost 30 minutes. The elevator button on our floor did not work and I thought we may have to walk down 5 flights of stairs, but the elevator finally opened. Our tv remote did not work, the lamp was broken, and the curtain in our room did not close all the way. I called the front desk and the phone lines were crackling. This hotel was more expensive than most of the others we could have chosen, and it was probably the worst I've stayed in so far. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, so I do give her that. It was beyond her control. She gave us a full refund, and we just came home. This was supposed to be a celebration of our 10th Wedding Anniversary. I will probably never stay in an Embassy Suites again.

Property under renovation construction and systems update. A/C could have been better or ceiling fans in these apartment style rooms. Booking through Expedia I was not warned about the $75 non refundable pet fee, which is acceptable and fair. Very friendly and polite staff! Free happy hour buffet and drink vouchers complimentary on top of breakfast.

Highly recommend. This property is in a safe area and parking lot is monitored 24 hours. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it is mostly complete and it does not interfere with customer experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Services are excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Full breakfast bar and nightly happy hour with light food and drinks are definitely a plus. This hotel is well worth the price and we will stay there again.

this place was pretty close to the worst i’ve ever been at. breakfast was cold. the furniture was gross and dirty. everything was run down. mattresses were pretty bad. paid up thinking embassy suites is usually nice. WOW not this place. spend an extra 20. remodeling little too late. air cond in our room didn’t work. maybe they should close floor off at a time and remodel. if you don’t mind wondering what’s in the mattress and furniture stay here ….
