Overall the stay was ok. The rooms are very outdated, with a loud AC system. Our restroom was not very clean and had to kill a cockroach in the shower. The towels looked very worn out as well. Expected an updated and clean room.

Staff was very nice and attentive! We got checked it quickly and our bed were spotless. Only problem was that the rooms don’t have enough light. But other then that breakfast was wonderful!❤️ Thank you for welcoming us to the hotel!

There was an odor throughout that was almost unbearable. There was also no hot water in the shower! We have come to expect more from Hampton. I'm sad to say that this was not a very enjoyable stay. **THE ONE EXCEPTION was Greg! He was so personable and gave us restaurant advice/coupons and where to go take our grandkids to the pool since yours was not operational. He gave us a great rate and we enjoyed visiting with him about his OH roots!**

We stayed here for the weekend. Doris was amazing, she even brought extra pillows up to our room for us upon request. Andrew also very attentive and courteous. We would definite stay here again.

If I had known when I made the reservation that housekeeping only came every few days I would not have stayed there. Bedding/furniture very worn, carpets worn, the bathroom room shower door was old and dirty. Lukewarm shower. Did not eat breakfast there but they did have good coffee bar set up in lobby. Staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The room was extremely clean, spacious, temperature was perfect (because I was able to control it) and the bed was extremely comfortable!! Elevators worked, ice machine worked and the lighting in the room was very calming!! 💕❤️💕 I also want to express my appreciation and thanks to the shift manager, Jenny!! ❤️❤️. Jenny checked on me and addressed any dissatisfaction of a minor concern with compassion, empathy and professionalism!! Great location

Good location. Came to visit this area and was close to many amenities. Friendly staff and common area. Safe area, walkable to restaurants. But hotel rooms in big need of a remodel, outdated and run down.

Perfect.

Great customer service and clean, comfortable rooms. All the rooms were non-smoking which also great (Hotels.com has smoking rooms listed). We will come back when we visit Transformation Church.
