Great hotel, close to hard rock casino. Breakfast OB Sunday ended to early though. Needs to go through 10am at least

The room was clean and spacious.....the person who checked us was very nice and helpful. For us it was in a perfect spot. They also provided a shuttle to get to the Hard Rock Casino. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. The juice machine was out and I personally don’t drink coffee so with that being said there was nothing for me.

We weren’t able to keep our reservation due to a situation beyond our control. They were unwilling to refund any part of the prepaid reservation. I was referred back to Travelocity ( where I originally made the reservation), Travelocity referred me back to hotel. Clerk at hotel was negative to me and about Travelocity. I understood that reservation was non-refundable, however, it seems that exceptions should be made when necessary. Policies do not dictate bad attitudes, regardless of the situation.

Very clean, new property. Beds were incredibly comfortable, slept quite soundly. The manager Payton was very friendly and welcoming.

breakfast terrible. eggs wattery tasted like cardboard. no fruit Potatoes covered with weird spice salt that ruined them completely. Go figure. Nice place but overpriced. an $80 dollar room for $120. for that I'll stay at the Hyatt
