"The Big Cozy"- WiFi, Hot tub, Grill, Sleeps 8

Welcome to "The Big Cozy." Newly remodeled with all new comfy beds. Tulsa limits us to 8 guests. You get the whole house to enjoy. 4 bedrooms (all upstairs), 2.5 baths, a TV den with a 65" Smart TV, and a Living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is new, beautiful, and fully stocked with every utensil. A washer and dryer are available. We are centrally located in a good neighborhood. We are easy to find. 1 minute to a grocery store, 20 minutes to the airport, close to restaurants.
The space
Our neighborhood is old and safe with lots of tall trees. Starbucks and Walmart are about 1 mile away. The new park everyone is talking about, The Gathering Place, is about 15-20 minutes away.

Perfect location

This property was centrally located to where we wanted to be in Tulsa (The Gathering Place, Dave & Busters, Gardner's Used Bookstore, many restaurants, and shopping)! The house was perfect for my family to enjoy, and the host was extremely nice and communication was a breeze. This was a great home for our Spring Break trip to Oklahoma!

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. Spacious home with comfy beds. Pleasantly surprised that the room listed with one twin bed was actually bigger - woohoo! We would definitely stay here again if traveling this way.

Great stay for one night

The house was clean and spacious. There were more than enough beds for our group and everything was really comfortable and fun. A couple things that were inconvenient but fixable was the shower door was off track or broken, so you had to wrestle it open and closed and one of the bedroom doorknobs came off when opened. Other than that, it was nice and in a good neighborhood.

TONs of room, comfy and cozy. Beds were not made (like no linens on them at all; linens were all piled on the floor in the breakfast nook) and trash was not completely emptied before we got there but otherwise no complaints at all. Very nice place.

Nightmare

This place is a living nightmare if you have small children. Next to a super busy road. The washer leaks and the smell is horrid. Having issues and cant get a refund as the owner is "drumming up" fake cleaning fees and damage. AVOID THIS PLACE!
