"We stayed in the beach front suite with kitchenette. It was lovely to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the glittering Caribbean each morning. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, friendly and gracious. We appreciated how laid back and welcoming the place was. We felt right at home. Major highlight of the trip was helping hundreds of freshly hatched baby sea turtles find their way to the water with a couple of staff members and other guests. It was such a special, once in a...

We just returned from a week at Jashita and couldn't recommend the hotel more. It's truly a special place perched at the end of Solomon Bay, just a short jaunt away from the great restaurants, hotels, and nightlife of the Tulum puebla and beach. But most importantly, with all that Jashita has to offer, why leave?
The service across the board is some of the best I've received anywhere being a frequent traveler for both work and pleasure. We had many great meals at the restaurant and enjoyed...

Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Highly recommended.

reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice

The property is great. The room was beautiful. Bed was a bit soft for my liking so I didn’t get a good sleep. But everything else was perfect.
I do have mixed feelings about the fact that it is located inside the Tulum National Park, which is a government protected area. For one, it is kind of confusing to get there because google maps still shows the entrance on the north side (near the Mayan Ruins) but access is actually on the south side (where Parque del Jaguar is located). So I had to...

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. I let the staff know it was our anniversary prior to coming and we ended up on the 1st floor, beautiful room and they even set up rose petals for us! The food was amazing, the staff great, and couldn’t have...

This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. There is a WhatsApp number you can always reach them at and ask any questions you might have. Maria the massage therapist is amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

Magical place! An experience for sure. This is what a beach getaway should be. Incomparable views, beautiful private beach for miles, this is where you go relax, enjoy the ocean in their beach beds and cabannas, while you eat the most amazing, delicious , cooked in the moment food, and drink delicious cocktails! The staff is small, super friendly and personalized ( thank you to the host, owner, and bartender) they truly make you feel like youre hanging out with friends! The rooms are...

I've never been to the Yucatan let alone Tulum...and I'd never booked my own vacation out of the country before. I booked 5 nights at Maria Del Mar based off of the excellent reviews, and I'm pretty proud I made the right choice. It is a hip, eco-friendly, minimalist boutique hotel in a perfect area with a GORGEOUS beach. Ugh I miss that beach now that I'm back. The service staff was always helpful and friendly to us- we had so many questions since we were new to travelling to Mexico. The shower...

Great place! I didn't want to leave. I extended my stay three more nights. The staff there are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The environment is very boutique hotel feeling. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean. There's a little bar and there are food options.
For the clothing-optional aspect of this place, it's very respectful, private from the outside and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very safe and nice, developing area with so many food options...

Had a week's stay here and just got back. The accommodations are excellent and the dining options in and around the hotel are also great. There's a good mix of food and by the looks of the new development around Nerea Tulum, there'll be even more soon. The Cenote nearby is great, the staff has some hustlers though, also don't be alarmed there are live crocs but friendly...well as friendly as a 3 billion-year-old killing machine can be. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk too. Good...

Our overall experience at Muare was excellent, with minor complaints.
Firstly the positives-
Especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing music that plays in the resort all day. It’s very peaceful.
We got massages done and the deep tissue massage was great. The bar drinks were fantastic. The room was lovely, and the maintenance did a great job with daily room service and cleaning.
Now for the minor complaints -
The roads leading up the hotel are really bad, it’s an unpacked bumpy road....

Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.
