Guests will enjoy fully private access to this 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa space with a private rooftop patio and outdoor pool to enjoy. Parking directly outside of the home is available.
The Neighborhood:
Aldea Zamá is the most beautiful and central area of Tulum, there are spas, diving schools, boutique clothing stores, smothies, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals, taxi site, you will enjoy a inhabited environment that coexists in harmony with the jungle, it is a very safe neighborhood and close to the tourist spots of Tulum.
The property is located inside Luum Zama, right at the entrance of Aldea Zama. Avenida Coba is located 5 minutes away, which is the main street to get to the beach and downtown. The nearest beach from the property are Playa las Palmas & Playa Paraíso.
Calle Itzamna and it's area has a lot of nice restaurants and coffee shops (Rossina is a go-to), and you can also find place to rent bicycles to get around town easily. La main street of "la Veleta" is Calle 7 where you'll also be able to find restaurants & coffee spots. A part from the hotel zone where you'll find a lot of beach clubs, if you're looking for some night life entertainment, the main downtown avenue called Avenida Tulum will be your second best option.
Local and international cuisine are available in a variety of unique eateries, as well as an eclectic mix of stores and boutiques offering mementos that embody the heart of Mexico.

Getting Around:
It is ideal to ride a bicycle, drive, taxi, or rent a scooter, or you can enjoy the tropical climate and appreciate every corner of this Village of Tulum. On the way to the beach you have a bike path along Avenida Coba and consider that it will be much easier to park a bike! Or you can simply walk the same path if so inclined!
