The Space:
Located inside the Aldea Zama residential area between the beach and Tulum's quaint town, this nature-inspired space with THREE LEVELS to accommodate 6 guests and features:

- INCREDIBLE DESIGN & NATURE'S ELEMENTS fused together with modern comforts and amenities. The unique materials used to construct these condos keep the temperature inside cool and comfortable.

- a lovely, FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you'd need to make healthy meals at home with extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER & TOASTER.

- a DINING NOOK with a table to seat 8 for a nice sit-down meal in the peace and comfort of home or to enjoy a night in together.

- a LIVING ROOM with a comfortable sectional sofa and direct access to a PRIVATE TERRACE with table and chairs to enjoy some fresh air.

- 2 BEDROOMS and 2 full BATHROOMS in the condo to accommodate 6 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: (Master, 2nd floor) with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV & a private terrace. Open the sliding glass doors to enjoy jungle breezes.
BEDROOM 2: (2nd floor) with a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV & jungle views.
LIVING AREA: (3rd floor) a pullout sofa bed for 2

- a third-floor PRIVATE ROOFTOP space features an additional living area for guests to sleep on a pullout bed, or just a place to relax on your private jungle terraces with a bar, mini-fridge for drinks and a PRIVATE SPLASH POOL to cool off with jungle views!

This condo complex also has its own 24-hour guarded security.

We provide bottled water, high quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment all complimentary for our guests. We can also help with an airport transfer if need, just let us know!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and shared access the the common grounds and amenities onsite.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 fine.
- This development NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES AND LOUD GROUPS. No parties, events or illegal activity permitted and no excessive noise after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- The condo complex rules that you will be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival will be enforced.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- A security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking site used to make the reservation. It is refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
- There's no daily house cleaning, but you can get a cleaning for a fee. Just let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you'd like to add this service too, additional fees apply.
- The bicycles offered at the complex are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- The communal pool onsite was built with local materials. Just note, you may find the pool water may not appear as clear blue due to this reason, even when it's been recently cleaned.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to before arrival.
