Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Irie Tulum
Everyone and everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the maintenance man walked in unannounced and that was very concerning for a group of women. I did complain to the owner about it.
