"The location of the property was good but there were several things that could have been better, such as the water in the shower, the overall cleanliness of the rooms. No soaps were provided for the guests, no enough towels, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The host did not respond promptly to our request to send someone to address things."

Peaceful front beach, clean with all the amenities needed. There is a supermarket near by, with a lot of activities such as fishing, wale seeing, dolphins, sea turtles and much more. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was modern, well equipped and near the beach. It had a nice ocean view and a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There is a gate and wooden steps to get down to the beach with a big step down from a gate at the other end. The beach location was great, right where you want to be in Vichayito. The owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. We paid extra to have Isabela cook for us breakfast and lunch. She is very knowledgeable on the house...

Punta Sal Suites & Bungalows Resort

Punta Sal Suites & Bungalows Resort

10/10 Excellent
"punta sal is a beautiful place. the resort itself is gorgeous with a great pool, beautiful beach and the staff are incredibly lovely - especially Christian who was extremely kind to us throughout our stay. The bungalow sat literally on the beach with a bed facing the windows to the beach which was lovely to watch in the morning when waking up. the bed was big & comfortable, and having a fridge was great to keep drinks cold for the hot weather. the only thing we would comment about the bungalow is that it’s quite dated and could do with a paint, and redecoration, to match the rest of the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the penne con salsa de aji de gallina and leche de tigre carretillero. The breakfast had many options so you can have something different everyday. The staff were happy to alter drinks for me so i could enjoy despite allergies, which I am very grateful for. The staff are really attentive and kind, always looking to make your experience better. Something that they could add to make the experience better than it already is, is maybe having some activities to do optionally for free like games at the pool/on the beach, to make it a bit more entertaining for families & young people, for example marco polo in the pool. Also, the wifi was just okay, and could be a bit faster and better. Again, this is just things to improve an already great experience!! we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come again soon!"
