"Our stay was amazing!! The property is so beautiful and peaceful yet we were never bored. Our room was the apartment above the cellar and was very private with an incredible view over the vineyard and mountains. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well as several meals at the restaurant. The food was delicious as was the wine tasting. The staff were all very kind and accommodating and helped us organize a driver for exploring Valle de Uco as well as an evening of horse back riding. " This house is very large with a full kitchen two bedrooms and a living room that is fully equipped with everything that you need. It is located on a beautiful vineyard with fruit trees that you are allowed to pick. The owner is an expat from America and very nice however he insisted that we paid cash and when we were allowed to pay credit card we had to pay at a higher exchange rate than what was agreed upon on hotels.com. We ended up hanging about $5 more than the agreed upon amount...

The Vines Resort & Spa

"I arrived at The Vines with no expectations and left completely blown away. I originally wanted to stay at Casa de Uco, but it was booked, and while researching alternatives I discovered The Vines. I’m so glad I did. We stayed in Villa #4 with lake and Andes views, and it was breathtaking. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious and sophisticated, with thoughtful details including a welcome bottle of wine. But the spectacular view of the Andes is something I’ll never forget. I also knew very little about Siete Fuegos or Francis Mallmann beforehand. We simply immersed ourselves in the experience, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. The open-fire cooking, setting, wine and atmosphere were unforgettable. The concierge team truly elevated our stay. They arranged transfers, recommended and booked other bodegas, organized a horseback ride, kept track of our activities and made sure everything went smoothly. We also enjoyed a tasting at Vines to Go with Joaquín, who was knowledgeable, personable and wonderful at introducing us to the grapes grown on the property. Even when we left early, the staff prepared breakfast for us to take along. I’m incredibly thankful for the experience. The Vines exceeded every expectation, and I would return without hesitation."

"This property is extremely unique, in its setting, design, attention to detail and customer service. It’s not easy to get to (I recommend renting a car), but once you are there you will not want to leave. The views are amazing, the food is expertly prepared and delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The hotel can arrange a tour of their winery, horse back riding and archery, and there are bicycles and a modest tennis court available for all guests. For those who need a tennis lesson or hitting partner, the resort can even help book a session with a local tennis pro."

"This is definitely an absolutely fantastic experience that redefines what a boutique stay can be. Rather than a traditional hotel, this property has been cleverly designed will great taste to resemble a contemporary architectural home. With only a few guest rooms, the atmosphere is effortlessly serene with breathtaking views of the Andes! The hosts try their best to make guests feel like staying in a home away from home.We re planning on returning next year! If you want a memorable stay in Uco valley look no further!"
