The staff was extra helpful. Key cards and ice machine didn’t work because of ice storm, but that wasn’t under their control. We got the last room, and it was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location and housekeeping did a good job tidying room but…No wi-fi. Stained furniture in room. Lobby locked - all interaction through outside glass window like drive-thru window. When I went to check out in morning I could not find a desk clerk so I had to leave and call later to sort out check out. Would not recommend.

Bed and room clean. Air conditioner worked and not noisy, ice was available. Just soap provided so bring your shampoo! Needed to ask for toilet paper there was none (I guess they forgot). Coffee only in room, there was no of any kind of creamer.
