"A great hotel for exploring Milan, as it is right by a metro station and not far from the station. Staff were exceptionally helpful; they agreed that I could move room straightaway (my original room was by the lift and in a passage that led to the rooftop bar) and I requested a quieter room. My room was not big, but perfectly adequate.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The room had a mini fridge, which I found useful.
I was hoping to swim in the pool - I did, but be aware that the pool is very small and shallow.
I had a great stay at the hotel - thank you to all the staff."
