"Over I enjoyed the property. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. This was also one of the most clean hostels I’ve stayed in. One thing to note is the common area is right out side the bedroom doors as they surround the common area in a square pattern. I mention this because Thursday- Saturday nights they had karaoke until about midnight. Many guests seemed to like this but my last night there were a few of us needing to leave early and sleep was not possible. "

"Por favor chicos no reserven en este hostal ni en Nap Nap hostel!! Son un completo fraude no existen paguen primero en Nap nap y al llegar me encontré a la policía diciéndome que el dueño era un estafador entonces pagué en este hostel y resulta que era la misma dirección del nap hostel aunque te pongan otra, al llegar igual la propiedad no existe ! Me la pasé mal pensé que dormiría en la calle ese día !"

"The hostel itself was fine. Pretty clean. The staff were nice. It’s just unfortunate that I only stayed 1 night out of the 5 I paid for because a few guests were beyond unhygienic. The entire room reeked of their stench and the staff couldn’t get me into another dorm. I know that’s a hard issue for staff to deal with and it wasn’t their fault. "

"El establecimiento me envió un correo electrónico de confirmación al momento de reservar donde decía que los horarios de recepción eran de 7 a 23. Cuando llegué a hacer el check-in a las 22.20, estaba todo cerrado. Al comunicarme telefónicamente, me atendió un empleado quien, de muy mala manera me informó que los horarios que decía el correo no eran los que manejaba el establecimiento, y me dio un código de seguridad para acceder a las llaves.
