Camera molto pulita con parquet in legno e terrazza. Ottimo servizio di pulizie e ricambio asciugamani (tutti i giorni). Purtroppo a causa di un errore di prenotazione (non dipeso da me) mi sono ritrovato due camere prenotate lo stesso giorno. Sono riusciti almeno a mettermi due giorni in più al soggiorno e abbiamo risolto così, ma viste le dimensioni dell'hotel e il numero di stanze mi sarei aspettato un trattamento più di favore. Colazione pessima (nessun servizio ai tavoli nonostante ci fossero in sala almeno tre o quattro dipendenti intenti solo a sistemare l'isola buffet e a guardarla). Il ristorante a fianco convenzionato offre cena a circa 23-24 euro, menu basico ma funzionale anche visto che intorno non ci sono molti locali a parte una pizzeria e forse ristorante grill. La spa è esterna all'hotel e occorre prenotarla a parte (25 euro a persona per 2 ore).

Rommet var litt slitt, og bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. For eksempel lot balkongdøren seg ikke låse, det luktet avløp på badet, diverse løse håndtak på skap og skuffer, og døren til rommet måtte lukkes med makt. Frokosten var helt grei. Mye søtsaker, og et lett utvalg av pålegg og frokostblandinger. Den varme maten bestod av eggerøre og pølsebiter, og var såvidt lunken. Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og trivelige, vi var meget fornøyde med servicen! Beliggenheten er dessverre ikke optimal. Borgaro er ganske stille, og det er ikke noe spesielt å gjøre her. Det går en buss inn til Torino, billetter må kjøpes i en lokal kiosk. Noen sjåfører lar deg kjøpe billett ombord, men da må du betale 3 ganger prisen i kiosken.

El hotel está bien, la limpieza es muy buena, la habitación está bien aunque un poco pequeña, el desayuno es muy básico, pero normal en Italia, lo que no me gustó es que ponen como foto principal la foto del spa y ponen que tienen spa y piscina, pero el spa está separado del hotel y tienes que pagar extra para todo. Deberían avisarlo ya que tienen puesto todos los extras excepto el spa. Así que me ha parecido información engañosa.

Chambre économique = Catastrophique.

Nous avons pris le modèle économie qui s’est avéré au final être très limité. Les points positifs : le petit déjeuner et le confort des lits, le personnel est très gentil. Les points négatifs : propreté général de la chambre, l’odeur désagréable, l’insonorisation (on entendait la vidéo YouTube de la chambre d’à côté, les avions décoller et la chorale des pigeons), une seule prise qui en plus n’était pas à côté du lit, la décoration vieillotte, la salle de bain n’a pas de fenêtre et le rideau de douche ne couvre rien.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel acceuillant et serviable, le service en chambre (menage) est impeccable. Toutefois, L'hôtel est viellissant, la salle de bain mériterait une petite "mise a jour", pas de bouteille d'eau a disposition dans la chambre, pour un hotel classé 4 etoiles... Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Hotel Borgaro Torinese e, in generale, l’esperienza è stata positiva ma con margini di miglioramento. La struttura è molto grande, con tante stanze e un comodo parcheggio gratuito adiacente. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, anche se un po’ datata: carta da parati parzialmente staccata sulla porta del bagno e vecchie etichette un po' ovunque davano un senso di trascuratezza. Inoltre, non sono riuscito ad attivare l’aria condizionata. Avrei anche gradito una presa elettrica vicino al letto per ricaricare il cellulare con più comodità. Un punto a favore è sicuramente la pulizia, che ho trovato impeccabile in ogni area. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Tuttavia, segnalo che il giorno del check-out, l’arrivo dello staff del Giro d’Italia ha causato disagi: l’utilizzo prolungato degli ascensori per spostare numerosi bagagli ha rallentato l’accesso agli stessi da parte degli altri ospiti. In situazioni simili, sarebbe meglio prevedere ascensori separati per il personale. Nel complesso, l’hotel ha buone potenzialità ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di rinnovamento e di maggiore attenzione ai dettagli.
