El hotel está en una zona industrial y lejos del centro de Turin, pero estuvimos cómodos durante nuestra estancia de una noche. El servicio es bueno y tiene un desayuno espectacular, no acorde con las estrellas que tiene, sino que está por encima.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit-haben Zimmer sogar getauscht, da wir ursprünglich ein anderes gebucht hatten… Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, Sauberkeit italienischer Standart, Lage weit außerhalb-waren nur zur Durchreise im Hotel, was wir so noch nie erlebt haben, heut morgen zum Frühstück gab es Plastikbesteck und für den Saft Plastikbecher… fanden wir etwas eigenartig, da an sich das Buffett sehr lecker und reichhaltig war

Struttura a circa 1 ora di trasporto pubblico dal centro o 22 minuti di auto, posizionata in un quartiere industriale, raggiunto comunque ugualmente dal trasporto pubblico e anche da servizio di cibo a domicilio, personale accogliente, anche troppo, stanza facilmente raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Pessima idea invece quella di mettere la moquette, che era evidente non venisse pulita, dalla quale emanava un odore sgradevole di vecchio, e visivamente era sporca, magari assumere una bella ditta e darci una bella lavata o sostituirla sarebbe ottimo. Il personale ha difatti cercato di coprire il puzzo con quantità elevate di profumo per ambienti, sono stato costretto ad aprire la finestra perchè il mix di moquette profumo non faceva una bella aria. Pulizia del resto invece OK, bagno piccolino, e doccia un pò troppo piccola, ci si gira amalapena mentre ci si lava, oltre che ad essere un pò vecchia e malfunzionante. è presente un balcone, ma è vuoto, non ci sono ne sedie ne tavoli, non capisco l'utilità di esso siccome puoi uscirci solo per ammirare il bel panorama dei capannoni industriali oppure per magari fumare. ci è stata fornita anche una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa nel frigo, e c'era una TV, l'armadio, comodini, un tavolo, una sedia e nel bagno un asciugacapelli. In generale posso consigliarla, a parte quei pochi problemi, ho dormito molto bene, il letto era davvero molto comodo, e la presenza dell'aria condizionata era molto gradita.

Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean and modern, but sound proofing could be better , I had a particularly loud snorer in he room next to me and at times it felt like he was in the room with me ! Not the hotels fault I know. The outdoor car park at the back of the building was a good size and parking was easy. breakfast was simple but reflective of the price . Overall I was happy. Again a particular mention to the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant who really were lovely

Comfortable and quiet place.

The position of this hotel allows you to enjoy a real beautiful view of the Alps, on a clear winter day. The city center is about 20 min by car, so, in a big city like Turin, it’s a good solution to be far from the city traffic and noises.
